A very simple idea which you may already have thought of is house which could be bought to use for things like storage and you could buy upgrades for it like a pond with low level fish or a mining rock etc. You could make it so there are houses in a certain city or have a teleport pad in a city to the housing area where all the houses are. You could also have to collect things to make it just like the guild halls.

and Yes, we have already planned about making so that players can buy houses.

You will need to collect certain items (most likely: logs, iron, nails, boards etc.) and as well pay a fee for the ground area and size of the house.
To be able to get a house you will have to contact a certain person, or sign up somewhere (in game). Then after some time a role playing character (a Game Master) will seek you up.
This role playing character will "build" your house.
He will only build the house exterior and interior. But he will not put in furniture, as they can be bought for a price as well.

Remember the TempTIleChange thing? We might be be able to use that.
So it might take a little work but we could make a Building Skill. Build a Campfire that is Temporary, than move on and can build a Pond with TempTileChange. All we would have to do is get X,Y coordinates, Script a Mini Fake AI to determine if allowed to set there and make it /command. Its possible... ...Just an idea Razz

i like where this is headed, in terms of the campfire etc. Maybe when they purchase their lots, they have to wait a while for construction to resume. A few pieces a day or w/e depending on the amount of supplies they have at the time. and this way their lot is reserved, they can also come back and see how far along their home is.
